MADISON, Wis.--Members Development Company (MDC) has promoted Sarah Lietz to chief experience officer.
In her new position, Lietz will be responsible for driving MDC’s project strategy, taking into account both owners’ priorities and expert knowledge from trusted advisors about trends and upcoming industry challenges.
"She served as MDC’s vice president of owner engagement, where she brought her enthusiasm for learning and solving problems to many of MDC’s past and present projects, such as those focused on member experience (MX) and solutions for the student debt crisis. Twice a year, Sarah’s team is responsible for planning MDC’s owner meetings, which are highly valued by MDC owners not only for their informative presentations, but also for the excellent networking opportunities they offer," the company said.
