GRAY, Maine–Maine State Credit Union has opened the doors on its new branch here at 25 Portland Road. Located in the Gray Plaza, it supports current and future members with full-service banking needs.
The branch is Maine State CU’s fourth and first full-service location in Cumberland County.
To celebrate, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on Nov. 30 at 8:30 am, followed by a reception within the branch. The Sebago Lakes Regional Chamber of Commerce, Maine State CU senior leadership, and local business owners are attending.
“Adding a full-service branch in the Cumberland County area has been on the MSCU to-do list,” said President/CEO Stephen Wallace. “It’s more than providing new brick and mortar, it’s showing local members we support their communities and listen to their needs.”
Nichole Lee, VP-branch manager; Abigail Daggett, assistant branch manager, as well as member experience specialists Natalie Sicina, Ivy Morris, and Olyvia Heald, plus Christopher Kovacs, VP-commercial lending, will staff the branch.
“We’ve met so many great Gray-area residents so far,” said Lee. “I’m so excited to make new community connections and provide local-banking services to existing and new members in this area.”
