DES MOINES, Iowa – LenderClose has expanded its team to include two operations specialists, Crystal Henderson and Melanie Salge, and a software engineer, Craig Lien.
Henderson, of Indianola, Iowa, brings more than 10 years of experience in lending and finance to her new role. In previous positions, she earned recognition for consistently exceeding funding goals, quality standards, welcome-call percentages and ranked among her organization’s top five in clearing stipulations. Henderson will work closely with LenderClose clients, vendors and other partners, ensuring superior service that goes beyond expectations.
Salge, of West Des Moines, Iowa, brings more than 10 years of combined experience in mortgage and real estate customer service and management. Prior employers consistently recognized her for service excellence, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional experiences. In her LenderClose role, Salge will ensure client satisfaction by drawing on expertise in report analysis. Other focus areas will be on meeting expected turnaround times, anticipating trouble spots and facilitating process improvements.
Lien joins LenderClose from FINASTRA (formerly D+H) Financial Technologies in Clive where he served as a senior network engineer. For 20 years, Lien has specialized in architecture design, network management and troubleshooting. He is an expert at resolving complex software issues and improving existing solutions.
Lien brings a wealth of knowledge and skill in using various operating systems, protocols and cloud technologies to his role.
