AUSTIN, Texas– Jill Kase has been named Assistant Vice President of Digital Experience.at Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union.
Kase has substantial experience with Fiserv DNA®, which is the core system Greater Texas|Aggieland recently launched to replace its legacy system. Her knowledge and background with the system will enable the credit union to make the most out its capabilities and functionality.“Jill has already proven to be a valuable addition to our team,” said Chief Information Officer Kayvee Kondapalli. “Her experience and knowledge are helping our team members quickly learn and adapt to the new core system. Jill continues to demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills, serving as a catalyst to this major change."Kondapalli added, “The conversion completely changed the back office operations and in some cases the processes used by various lines of business to serve our members. Jill gives our team an internal source they can rely on to help them master the system.”Kase will manage the credit union’s digital experience team, which collaborates with all lines of the credit union’s business to develop new products, improve operational efficiency, and aid with training to improve the employees’ and members’ digital experience.
