WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.--Truliant Federal Credit Union has promoted Bill Jones to Vice President of Digital Experience and Payments.
Jones joined Truliant in 2012 as EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Card Services Manager and has been instrumental in bringing new services, including Advanced Deposit Automation, to Truliant ATMs. As a strong advocate for superior service, Jones led efforts at Truliant that allowed it to win Visa® Global Service Quality Performance Awards in 2013 and 2014.

In his new role, Jones is responsible for managing payment operations at Truliant, including traditional payment platforms such as debit cards, credit cards, ATMs, and ACH/direct deposit. Additionally, Jones will be responsible for Truliant’s digital suite of payment products such as online banking, bill pay, mobile platforms and online account opening.
Jones began his financial services career at M&T Bank as the Manager of ACH and Card Operations. His career has included roles at Police and Fire Federal Credit Union, and he directed Card Services, Deposit Operations, and ATM Operations at Virginia Credit Union.
A graduate of Niagara University, Jones completed his postgraduate work at Canisius College where he earned a master’s degree in business administration. He and his family are avid supporters of Greyhound Adoption.
