SAGINAW, Mich. – Jolt Credit Union sent a team of staff members to XscapeQuest where, locked in an AREA 51 themed room, they had to find a secret five-word message in order to escape in just one hour.
According to JCU, the team put their brains together and knew when to ask for help. This activity helped the team share new ideas, collaborate, solve problems together and build morale, the credit union said.
“They all said when they finished, ‘There is no way we could’ve done that by ourselves.’ This was a wonderful reminder that the credit union team is ‘all in’ this together,” Jolt CU said in a statement.
