Jeanne D'Arc Supports Project Home Again

LOWELL, Mass.- Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union has presented Project Home Again with a $1,500 donation, as the fourth quarter winner of the organization's Give-A-Click campaign.

The Give-A-Click program runs quarterly on the We Share a Common Thread Foundation website (WSACT.com). Community members visit the site, learn about the worthy non-profit contestants, and cast their votes for the organization they would like to support. The program with the most votes at the end of the quarter is awarded a $1,500 donation from the Foundation. The fourth-quarter nominees included Abled Advocacy, Ruth’s House, and Project Home Again.

Founded in 2003, Project Home Again is a nonprofit dedicated to furnishing the homes of people in need. Since its inception, they have helped over 10,000 families furnish their homes. They partner with social workers in the Merrimack Valley area and provide furniture and household goods to their clients, free of charge.

Project Home Again ensures that families have everything they need in their homes to live with comfort and dignity. The goal is that each client has a warm and nurturing environment in their homes so they can succeed in life outside of it. One of the most important programs that Project Home Again runs is its Good Night Sleep Program, which provides mattresses to people in need. The $1,500 donation from Jeanne D’Arc will be used to help support this program.
