LOWELL, Mass.--Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union has named Kenneth Billingsley Assistant Treasurer- Learning and Development Manager and promoted William Ely to Assistant Treasurer- Collections Manager.
Billingsley previously worked for Bose Corporation where he advanced from Tier 1 Technical Support to Global Training Manager. In his role at Jeanne D’Arc, Ken will oversee a small team and the day-to-day operations of the Learning and Development Department. He will create and develop diversified training and learning opportunities to enhance the skills of employees. Ken attended Middlesex Community College and Berklee College of Music. He resides in Tyngsboro, MA with his wife and son.
Ely joined Jeanne D’Arc in 2020 as the Collections Manager. With more than twenty years of experience in a collections role, Bill quickly became an integral part of the Credit Union. In his new role as Assistant Treasurer- Collections Manager, he will continue to manage and develop the Collections program and will be responsible for advising members, settling debt, and tracking delinquency trends. Bill graduated from Bridgewater State University with a degree in Business Management. He resides in Haverhill, MA.
