HARAHAN, La.--Instep Federal Credit Union's Andie Panepinto has received the 2023 Young Professional of the Year Award from the The Louisiana Credit Union League’s Young Professionals Network (YPN).
"Her remarkable career in the credit union industry began as a teller and has seen her ascend through various roles, including loan officer and marketing representative. Notably, she played a key role in leading her credit union through a successful rebranding from NAS JRB CU to Instep FCU," the CU said.
Currently serving as Talent Development Manager, Andie has found her passion in fostering organizational excellence through talent empowerment. She also holds various volunteer roles as the secretary for the East Orleans Chapter, YPN Steering Committee Member for the Orleans Chapter as well as a judge and committee member on America's Credit Unions Marketing & Business Development Council Diamond Award Panel, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and community engagement within the credit union industry.
