BUCK COUNTY, Penn.--Inspire Federal Credit Union has hired Rob Stephan and Karen Madotto.
Stephan will assume the role of Director of Relationship Lending and Madotto has joined the organization as Director of Business Development.
As Director, Relationship Lending, Stephan will be responsible for the credit union’s indirect auto dealership financing program and residential mortgage lending. He has spent many years in various fields of mortgage lending and home buying and will bring extensive knowledge to provide members a great home buying and mortgage refinancing experience.
As Director, Business Development, Madotto will manage business relationships with local companies and be the key liaison in the community promoting banking services, including all deposit and loan products. Additionally, she will manage the credit union’s community engagement initiatives. She joins Inspire after spending many years in the local market, bringing a proven track record in developing valuable relationships with businesses and residents in the Bucks County community.
