PANAMA CITY, Fla.—Kristie McLane, director of community business development at Innovations Financial Credit Union, has graduated from Leadership Northwest Florida Class IV, a regional leadership development program focused on strengthening collaboration and economic development across Northwest Florida.
McLane was one of 25 leaders selected by the Florida’s Great Northwest Foundation to participate in the seven-month program, which brings together leaders from multiple industries to study issues tied to business vitality, entrepreneurship, infrastructure, workforce development and regional quality of life.
According to the credit union, participants completed an immersive educational experience designed to deepen understanding of the region’s shared opportunities and challenges while building stronger professional and community connections.
“We are incredibly proud of Kristie for this accomplishment,” said Scott Gladden. “Her passion for building meaningful relationships and strengthening our communities reflects the very purpose of this program. Kristie brings that same energy and insight back to our organization and the members we serve every day.”
