EVANSVILLE, Ind.–Indiana Members Foundation, the charitable arm of Indiana Members Credit Union (IMCU), hosted a charity golf outing to benefit Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation (EVSC) Foundation at Cambridge Golf Club.
Some 104 golfers attended the event that raised more than $33,000 to benefit the EVSC Foundation, which supports EVSC schools and programs.
EVSC is the third largest school district in Indiana with more than 22,000 students enrolled in EVSC schools.
Highlights of the day included a complimentary breakfast, 18 holes of golf, a putting contest, followed by lunch, awards, plus more than $9,000 in donated prizes were given away. Indiana Members Credit Union served as the Title Sponsor of the event.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better day,” said Mandy Emery, vice president of community involvement for IMCU and executive director of Indiana Members Foundation. “We appreciate the time and collaboration of all those that played, volunteered and donated to our 3rd annual charity golf outing to benefit the EVSC Foundation.”
