Indiana Members' Debit Card Raises Funds for School

INDIANAPOLIS–Indiana Members Credit Union (IMCU) recently presented a check for $1,974 to Carmel High School Athletics as part of an ongoing school spirit debit card program.

The partnership allows Carmel fans the opportunity to show their school spirit and support the athletic program by signing up for a Carmel Greyhounds themed debit card.  Every time the card is used as a signature based transaction, Carmel athletics benefits.  The more cards that are in use, the larger the contribution.

Since beginning the program in 2013, Carmel High School athletics has earned $10,386 through this IMCU giveback program.

James Abbett, business development officer, IMCU, and Stephanie Roesner, branch manager, IMCU Old Meridian Branch, presented the check to Jim Inskeep, athletic director, Carmel High School, at Carmel High School on Friday.

The IMCU Carmel Greyhounds debit card is free to members with IMCU’s free checking account and can be issued immediately through IMCU’s Instant Issue program, which allows members to receive their debit card on the spot.
