BANNOCKBURN, Ill.–Employees of Great Lakes Credit Union’s Gurnee, Ill branch visited the Hunt Club Park Aquatic Center and passed out ice cream sandwiches to more than 80 children. The effort was part of GLCU’s ongoing Random Acts of Kindness campaign.
“My group had fun with this,” said Erica Carillo, GLCU’s Gurneee Branch Manager. “It was a great time and the kids were surprised because they thought they had to do something in return. The adults thought it was fabulous that we were coming out to the community and doing these acts of kindness.”
