TUCSON, Ariz.– Hughes Federal Credit Union's Irlanda Cuevas, membership & community engagement manager, has been recognized with the 2023 40 Under 40 award by the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
This award celebrates young leaders who have demonstrated exceptional service to their community and professional achievements.

Cuevas was recognized for her multifaceted community involvement. She serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Arizona Southern District, is a leader in the Global Women’s Leadership Network Sister Society, and actively participates in Tucson Young Professionals. Her volunteer efforts extend to the Children’s Miracle Network, Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona, Habitat for Humanity, and Ronald McDonald House.
