TUCSON, Ariz.–Hughes Federal Credit Union has been recognized in four categories, including being named Best Bank/Credit Union and the Best or Favorite in three other categories, in the Arizona Daily Star’s second annual Readers’ Choice Awards.
“Hughes thanks our 100,000 plus member-owners and the public for receiving top votes in these categories,” said John Sansbury, chairman of the board.
The credit union was the winner of Best Bank, Best Debit Card, Best Financial Planning Service and Favorite Mortgage Lender.
“It is also noteworthy that three credit unions were recognized in the Bank/Credit Union category,” added Sansbury. “We congratulate the other credit unions that received favorite mentions.”
The Readers’ Choice Awards had 183,000 votes, within 250 categories, that represented 6,500 area businesses.
