NORTH GRAFTON, Mass.–Homefield Credit Union held its quarterly All Employee Meeting at it main office here, where three employees were recognized for Going the Extra Mile (GEM), part of Homefield Credit Union’s Employee Recognition Program.
The program recognizes employees for going above and beyond their job responsibilities in serving members. In recognition of their GEM status, Maureen Wojnar, Deb Reilly, and Andrew Domings were awarded paid time off, as well as a gift card of their choosing. Andrew was also awarded “preferred parking” for the next three months.
“Homefield Credit Union is committed to providing top-notch service to our members,” said President/CEO Karl J. Moisan. “Maureen, Deb and Andrew interact with members on a daily basis and are professionals when it comes to providing guidance on situations that, if not handled properly, could cause the member unnecessary stress. It is an honor to recognize them for their commitment and dedication.”
