NORTH GRAFTON, Mass.–Homefield Credit Union’s All Employee Meeting recently recognized three employees who were recognized as GEMs for Going the Extra Mile, part of Homefield Credit Union’s Employee Recognition Program.
The program recognizes employees for going above and beyond their job responsibilities in serving members. In recognition of their GEM status, Cassie Otto-Line, Estelle Peters and Jillian Ryan were awarded paid time off, as well as a trip to the “treasure chest” to select a gift card.
“People always ask me what makes credit unions different than banks and the answer is our commitment to serving our members,” Homefield Credit Union President & CEO Karl J. Moisan said. “And unlike banks that are owned by stockholders, credit unions are owned by their members.”
