ST. LOUIS— April Jones has been named as Health Care Family Credit Union’s new vice president of operations. The executive search was conducted by Credit Union Resources for the $56 million dollar credit union.
Previously the operations support assistant at Citi, Jones was responsible for assisting, investigating, and resolving branch outages. During her leadership at Citi, she revised procedures to be desktop friendly, trained offshore team members, and was the primary contact for five settlements, 52 GTA & RPS accounts, and 48 End of Month IOLTA accounts.
Jones was the vice president of operations at Missouri Valley Federal Credit Union before working at Citi. As the vice president of operations, she processed data system changes to improve efficiency, internal controls, and she implemented new processes and features for credit union employees and members.
Jones has attended several CUNA Schools and completed coursework for the Financial Management School, the Credit Union Management School, and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers course.
