HAXTUN, Colo.–Haxtun Community FCU held a ribbon cutting following a major remodel of its office.
The original building was relocated to its current address, after formerly being a small restaurant and being inside an old building.
In the process of the remodel, the credit union said it discovered old tin ceiling tiles that have been effectively incorporated into the design.
The ribbon cutting ceremony was celebrated with the Chamber of Commerce, an all-day open house, refreshments and drawings for giveaways. Staff includes Kristin Hadeen (manager), Talya Campbell (Asst. mgr) and Lakesha Hershfeldt (member service rep).
