HAMPTON, Va.–Hampton Roads Educators Credit Union has launched a newly redesigned website at https://www.HRECU.orgthat features a streamlined, modern design, improved functionality, and easy access to essential information to help members make well-informed decisions about their financial needs.
The Daily CU Blog is a new component to the credit union’s website and provides helpful financial information, tips and more, the credit union said.
“We are thrilled to debut our new website to our members and community partners,” said HRECU CEO/Manager Karen Orie. “We are constantly looking for ways to improve our members’ experience and provide the most relevant content. The new website will make information easier to access and offer tools that will help increase financial knowledge.”
The updated website was made possible through a grant program administered NCUA. The grant was one of $2 million awarded by the NCUA to 203 low-income credit unions to help improve digital services and security, increase outreach to underserved communities, and train employees.
Alabama based SmartSource Solutions, LLC developed the new site.
