SANTE FE, N.M. – Guadalupe Credit Union (GCU) has been named a first-place winner of the Dora Maxwell Social Responsibility Community Service Award. The award recognizes GCU's significant contribution to emergency relief efforts during the devastating wildfires in Northern New Mexico.

Alongside these initiatives, GCU's free financial coaching services played a vital role in assisting members and the wider community in managing and recovering from the financial impacts of the crisis.
"This recognition by CUNA celebrates our response to the wildfires and our ongoing commitment to financial empowerment through our free financial coaching services,” said Tanya Romer=o-Sturgeon. “It's an honor that reflects the dedication of our entire team.”
