BANNOCKBURN, Ill – Great Lakes Credit Union has promoted Michael Hersh to Chief Human Resources and Organizational Development Officer.
In this new role, he will continue to lead the credit union’s talent management, cultural transformation, and employee development initiatives.

His experience, skills and passion for our team members have improved our organizational climate. Hersh holds the SHRM-SCP and SPHR designations in his field along with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL. He also volunteers in his community and has held numerous leadership roles for Glenwood Academy, March of Dimes, and Boy Scouts of America.
