BANNOCKBURN, Ill.--Great Lakes Credit Union has named Elizabeth Osborne Chief Operations Officer.
Osborne comes with an extensive leadership background and over 20 years of management experience in the financial and restaurant industries. “As GLCU continues to grow, we look for top-tier talent to lead the team,” said Steve Bugg, President and CEO of GLCU. “Elizabeth’s background in information services, project management and operations management will allow GLCU to continue to enhance our members’ entire experience with the credit union. We are happy to have Elizabeth join us as our Chief Operations Officer.” Osborne began her financial career at State Street Corporation as a Business Analyst, then progressed to a Project Manager. She next moved to Belmont Savings Bank as the VP and Director of Strategic Projects.
In her role as Chief Operations Officer, Osborne will play a critical role in the digital transformation of the credit union and its vision of offering best-in-class service within any channel the member chooses.
