Governor Recognizes Summit CU for CUatWork

MADISON, Wisconsin — Summit Credit Union has been honored with the 2014 Wisconsin Financial Literacy Award for its CUatWork educational program for employees of Madison- and Milwaukee-area businesses.

“It’s an honor to receive this award for Summit’s partnerships with employers to bring the benefit of financial wellness to their employees,” said Kim Sponem, CEO/President of Summit Credit Union. “CUatWork is part of our holistic approach. Providing financial education in the workplace means employees know more, have greater control, fewer financial worries and less stress for better health and productivity.”

Summit Credit Union, along with 16 other recipients of the 2014 Wisconsin Financial Literacy Award, was recognized for excellence in promoting financial literacy to Wisconsin citizens at a ceremony held at the Wisconsin State Capitol in Madison.
