ROYAL OAK, Mich.--Justin Gingerich and Steve Van Beek have been named co-leaders of the Credit Union Industry Group at Howard & Howard.

Gingerich has an extensive M&A track record in the credit union industry, having played a key role in more than 25 announced credit union-bank acquisitions over the past four years, the company said.

He helps credit unions manage risks through his in-depth knowledge and understanding of regulations and guidance issued by the National Credit Union Administration, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and other federal agencies," the company said.
