DULUTH, Ga.– Georgia United Credit Union announced three key senior vice president promotions.
Mindi Greenland has been promoted to senior vice president of people and development. In this role, Greenland is responsible for identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management to ensure the achievement of Georgia United’s people goals and objectives. Greenland will work to enhance the overall team member experience by planning, creating and implementing the credit union’s human resource best practices in the areas of talent identification, talent development and talent management. Greenland will retain all existing human resources functions and inherit the management of the credit union’s learning department. This position reports to Chief People Officer Carolina King.
“She is the keeper of our team member experience,” said King. “She is a consummate consumer of education in the human resources field. A 16-year veteran of our credit union, she has been instrumental in helping shape our award-wining culture.”
Brad Hutchinson has been promoted to senior vice president of information systems. In this role, Hutchinson is responsible for directing the activities and strategies of the Business Solutions team to provide core applications support and software development. This role has oversight responsibilities for the Digital Services Committee and the overall direction of the credit union’s application development. This position reports to Chief Information and Operations Officer Mark Bartholomew.
“Brad is one of those people that likes to solve problems,” said Bartholomew. “He is inquisitive. And he likes order. Most importantly, he understands the voice of our members when they engage us through our digital channels.”
Andrew Woodman has been promoted to senior vice president of mortgage lending and loan trading. In this role Woodman oversees the mortgage lending strategy, processes, products, and member and team member experiences as well as managing the loan trading needs of the credit union. This role assumes responsibility for the profitability, performance, growth, and overall success of the mortgage loan portfolio, loan servicing, participation and whole loan sale goals, rules and regulations and mortgage sales. This position reports to Chief Lending Officer Stephanie Walker.
“Andy is results-driven,” said Walker. “Georgia United has experienced four record years of mortgage production during his tenure as vice president of mortgage lending, and seven of his team members have been promoted within the department.”
