GTE Financial Presents $39K Check to Boys and Girls Club

TAMPA, Fla.  – GTE Financial presented the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay with their highest contribution ever to a non‐profit, as part of their Monthly Charity Program. The check for $32,900 will assist in their continuing efforts to help keep important programs and services available to Tampa Bay’s youth.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Tampa has served the region for more than 90 years. It is an organization that provides a safe haven where children between the ages of five and 18‐years‐old, can go after school to work on fun and educational projects. Serving over 3,000 children daily and more than 20,000 youth annually, the organization is a positive force of our community.

GTE Financial CU CEO and President Brian Best championed these efforts and was soaked in an employee fundraiser to provide hope and opportunity to our local participants.
