TAMPA, Fla.--GTE Financial has named two new vice president positions to its leadership team.
Susan Marlow will join GTE Financial as vice president of talent and Frank Lee as vice president of consumer lending. Both executives have more than 20 years of experience in their respective fields.

Marlow will be leading the Talent Acquisition and Talent Administration areas for the credit union. She joins the team from RGP Consulting, where she was the director of talent management. Her previous experience also includes director of global talent acquisition at Bazaarvoice and more than 13 years with the management firm, Accenture. Both positions were in consulting and
talent acquisition. Marlow’s passion for development and expertise will make a significant impact throughout the organization, the CU stated.
Lee’s skill set ranges from training to coaching sales teams and evaluating the performance of sales and services in the commercial banking industry. Lee was with Bank of America for seven years before joining GTE Financial. He was responsible for three county market areas, supervising sales, risk, and customer experience. Lee was also with Wells Fargo for more than seven years and led 13 branch teams in all aspects of banking, including small business and consumer lending, deposit growth, investment sales, mortgage and private advisory. He will be at the forefront of the credit union’s consumer lending department, the CU said.
