Top Workplaces are awarded based on the direct feedback and responses from employees. WorkplaceDynamics surveyed thousands of employees from across Tampa Bay to select and recognize the top 100 places to work in the Tampa Bay area. The award is a testament to the positive workplace environment and community that GTE Financial fosters for its team.

GTE Financial implements a variety of programs to ensure employees feel fulfilled in their career and personal life. Employees also take part in monthly fundraising efforts for charitable programs (one for each month and suggested by employees). GTE Financial contributed more than $636,000 to nonprofits and charities last year, along with more than $51,000 in-kind donations – providing employees with a direct opportunity to make a difference in their community and help organizations they care about most.
