OCEANSIDE, Calif.--Frontwave Credit Union announced the annual election results for its Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee.
This includes a new slate of Officers headed by a new Chairman, Michael Brigagliano. Brigagliano, Brian Sutton, and James Cothran were all re-elected to the Board of Directors via acclamation. Hema Crockett and Vicente Hinojosa were also re-elected to the Supervisory Committee via acclamation. Directors selected to serve as Officers of the Board were Michael Brigagliano as Chairman, Brian Sutton as Vice Chairman, Kelley Mayer as Treasurer, and James Cothran as Secretary.
Chairman Brigagliano has served the credit union since October 2014, when he was appointed to serve as an Associate Director. He became a full Board member in early 2015, was elected to the Vice Chairman’s post in March 2018, and to the Chairman’s post in March 2020. Brigagliano has spent more than two decades in the consumer finance, mortgage lending and loan servicing industries. He takes over for Richard Rothwell, who served as Chairman of the Board from January 2010 to February 2020. Mr. Rothwell continues to serve, now as a Director
