FAIRHAVEN, Mass. – Vanessa Franklin has been promoted to Branch Manager at Alltrust Credit Union.
Franklin joined Alltrust in July 2010 as a full-time teller and over the years has held various positions within the Retail Department. Prior to her recent promotion to Branch Manager, Franklin held the position of Assistant Branch Manager, assisting in both the Fairhaven and New Bedford Branch. “Vanessa has worked immensely hard since she joined us in 2010,” stated Carmen Sylvester, President and Chief Executive Officer. “She has established strong member relationships that reflect her devotion to the Credit Union. She has earned this promotion and we are exceptionally lucky to have her on our Retail team.” In her new role, Franklin will be managing the New Bedford branch, as well as assisting in the Fairhaven location. While she will oversee the branch operations and compliance, she will also be responsible for the branch’s growth and establishing and maintaining a high-quality service culture.
