FAYETTEVILLE, N.C.–Officials and staff of Fort Bragg FCU held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of its new state-of-the-art Skibo Road Branch.
The new branch is located adjacent to the original branch that first opened in 1986, and served as the credit union’s flagship location for many years. The 4,600-square-foot building features three full-service ITMs that serve as “virtual” tellers, a technology bar with an iPad and an Android tablet, drive thru lanes, and teller pods within the lobby to facilitate personalized service.
In the months to come, the original branch will be renovated into an operations center to accommodate several back office departments including the credit union’s growing mortgage department.
“Today we celebrate the grand opening of our new Skibo Road branch at our busiest location in Fayetteville. This investment supports our mission to provide exceptional financial services to our military and civilian member-owners and we are confident its modern design and features will be valued for decades to come,“ said Todd Kenthack, president and CEO of Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union.
