ALBANY, N.Y.–In an effort to help Capital Region residents who receive Food Stamps—which may not be used toward personal hygiene products–First New York FCU is collecting rolls of toilet paper at all branches and at its company headquarters.
First New York’s goal is to collect toilet paper to share with Catholic Charities Tri-County Services, an agency made up of programs that assist the needy with the basic necessities of life.
