First Capital FCU Names Morse as VP-Operations

YORK, Penn.- First Capital Federal Credit Union has hired David Morse as its new Vice President of Operations.  Morse comes to First Capital with more than 15 years of experience in the Credit Union, Banking and Retail Industries. David began his credit union career with the City of Alexandria Credit Union as Vice President of Operations and most recently served as the Director of Retail Sales at CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union.  In his new position at First Capital, Morse will oversee branch operations, lending, collections, and business services.
