BURNSVILLE, Minn.–The Burnsville YMCA has welcomed Xiong Lee, Business Development Lead at Firefly Credit Union, to its Community Board.
Lee, who began at Firefly in 2014 as a Business Development Specialist, helps lead the not-for-profit’s adult financial education program, Learn@Work, which brings a modern spin on personal finance and wellness topics to the workplace. The program won a national award for adult financial education in 2016.
“What Firefly strives toward with financial education in our communities fits in so well with the Y’s vision,” said Lee. “I am humbled to be a part of both of these great organizations and to help move the community forward through personal and financial wellness.”
The YMCA Community Board includes a range of community professionals who guide the Burnsville YMCA as it addresses the current and future needs in the areas of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
