BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Firefly Credit Union’s Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Council hosted a donation drive at its Minneapolis branch location as part of its reopening celebration.
Both members and Firefly employees generously donated supplies to the Minneapolis Hiawatha YMCA and included non-perishable food items, personal care items, and household supplies.
“Firefly truly believes in the credit union philosophy of people helping people,” said Dale Turner, president/CEO. “We strive to give back to our community whenever we can and organizing a donation drive to collect supplies for local families is just one way we do so.”
