BURNSVILLE – Firefly Credit Union is proud to welcome Jon Maier to the position of Minneapolis Retail Sales Manager.
After graduating from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, Maier has gained more than 15 years of experience working for financial institutions in the Twin Cities metro including Wells Fargo and BMO Harris Bank.
In his new role, Maier will be responsible for overseeing Firefly’s Minneapolis branch location and making sure that it meets the company’s high level of service to its members.
Maier says he is looking forward to “making a difference for my co-workers and members in the areas of credit, budgeting, and retirement.”
Outside of his position, Maier promotes financial education in the community by volunteering as a financial literacy teacher. He has taught more than 150 seminars for college students, high school students and refugees.
