BURNSVILLE, Minn – Firefly Credit Union has hired Kelly Robbert as SVP/Chief Operations Officer.
"Kelly is known for leading transformational change focused on increasing employee engagement and customer loyalty. She accomplishes this through strategic alignment, organizational effectiveness, and building and maintaining strong relationships. She comes to Firefly from TCF Bank, where she served as the SVP/Director of Branded Customer Experience since 2015," the CU said.
