BURNSVILLE, Minn.–Firefly Credit Union has announced several promotions.
Traci Berhow has been promoted to Assistant Vice President / Director of Marketing. Berhow was previously Firefly’s Marketing Manager, but has held various roles within the credit union’s Marketing department – starting out as a Marketing Assistant Intern in May 2006.
“Traci has been an invaluable member to the Marketing team for more than ten years,” said Marty Kelly, Firefly Credit Union’s SVP/Chief Marketing Officer. “She has had a prominent role in countless projects including Firefly’s retail merchandising plan and a broad scale mass media effort that have made our brand what it is today. Her promotion is well deserved.”
Cole Hahn has been promoted to Senior Vice President / Chief Administration Officer.
Hahn was previously the credit union’s Senior Vice President of Employment Services. She began her time with Firefly in 2002 as the not-for-profit’s Human Resources Manager.
“Cole has been a wonderful contributor to our team and promotes our core values every day,” said Bill Raker, President/CEO of Firefly Credit Union. “We have been fortunate to have her leadership and look forward to all she brings to Firefly for years to come.”
Rick Blood has been promoted to Senior Vice President / Chief Operations Officer.
Blood previously held the role of the credit union’s Senior Vice President of Member Service, but has had various roles with Firefly. He began as a Loan Officer in 1998. After a short time away from Firefly in the early 00s, Blood returned in 2004 as the Manager of Mortgage Lending.
“We have been fortunate to benefit from Rick’s vast knowledge throughout his time at our credit union,” said Raker. “He continues to be a great leader at Firefly.”
