INDIANAPOLIS – Financial Center has appointed Kyle Endres Vice President of Communications.
With nearly 15 years of progressive experience in the financial industry, Endres brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the
role, where he will manage several teams focused on digital access and direct member communication. His journey in financial
services started on the teller line before growing into roles in loan operations, commercial lending, and training. At his previous
institution, Endres was recognized for creating efficient processes and leading complex projects, including digital conversions and
significant technology upgrades.
In his new role, Endres will manage Centralized Lending, the Contact Center, and our eServices Support
team, partnering closely with IT and Risk Management to ensure the safety and security of our members’
data. His primary focus is on continuing to enhance the member experience – making communicating
with Financial Center better, faster, and easier.
