COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Ent Credit Union employees and the Gazette have named Ent the #1 extra-large employer in the Pikes Peak region for the second consecutive year at the paper’s 2019 Best Workplace annual awards ceremony.

The Gazette partnered with the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce & EDC and DataJoe to determine the top workplaces in the Colorado Springs area. In order to be considered, at least 40% percent of a company’s employees must complete an online survey of 25 questions about organizational health, engagement and leadership, work-life balance, compensation and benefits and other topics.
