Ent CU Opens New Branch

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.– Ent Credit Union has opened its latest freestanding service center in Colorado Springs in the Powers Auto Park near the intersection of Woodmen Road and Powers Boulevard at 7339 Duryea Dr.

Ent

The approximately 5,000-square-foot facility incorporates state-of the-art technology to provide members with added convenience, including: self-service safe boxes, the ability to instantly issue debit cards, teller pods with teller cash recyclers which enable staff to dispense cash to members more quickly and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) in the center’s outside drive-up lanes.

ITMs provide members with the option to have a live video chat with a teller or to use the machine as a 24/7 ATM. Using the chat feature, members can ask questions, make deposits, cash checks and perform more complicated transactions – all from the convenience of their car. Ent’s video tellers are available to assist members from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.

As part of the opening of this new location, Ent’s nearby Briargate Service Center was closed on May 12, allowing all of Ent’s Briargate staff to relocate to the new Duryea Service Center. Ent’s Briargate center had been located at 3590 Hartsel Dr., Suite H.

“The Duryea Service Center’s size and location, with convenient access from both Woodmen Road and Powers Boulevard, will allow members to get in and out quickly while experiencing the same outstanding member service they’ve come to know and expect at all of our service centers,” said Matt Gendron, Ent’s Chief Engagement Officer. “We hope members enjoy the expanded service options offered at this new location.”
