COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Ent Credit Union’s 2019 Holiday Food Drive, held in November and December at its more than 35 service centers, collected 1,204 pounds of donated, non-perishable food items in support of area food banks.
The annual event to help fight hunger in the communities Ent serves collected 1,026 pounds of food for Care and Share Food Bank for Southern Colorado and 178 pounds of food for the Food Bank of the Rockies.
“Our members and employees step up every year and make this a success. Thanks to their generosity, we were able to help put food on the table for people who may have otherwise gone without,” said Mollie Bell, Ent chief development officer.
