Ent CU Adds New Leadership Roles

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Ent Credit Union recently added two new leadership roles to support its growth and future expansion plans, the CU said.

Ent Vice President of New Markets & Strategy Victoria Selfridge will lead the design, development and launch of new cross-functional teams and systems to support new market expansion. Promoted to positions of increasing responsibility during her 20-year Ent career, Selfridge most recently served as vice president of corporate communications. Prior to joining Ent, she was an information technology senior consultant with Ernst & Young. Selfridge received a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech.

Jennifer Sussman

Ent Chief Marketing Officer Jennifer Sussman will head statewide brand awareness efforts and support Ent’s expansion across the Front Range. Prior to joining Ent, Sussman most recently served as chief digital officer for Andrews McMeel Universal where she led digital business efforts. During her more than 20-year marketing career, she also successfully spearheaded early social media adoption, developed corporate brand strategy and drove increased transactions and conversions though improved digital experiences at American Century Investments.   

Sussman graduated summa cum laude from Long Island University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in communication arts.

“What we learned from last year’s unprecedented membership growth and financial performance was that Coloradoans are hungry for a financial institution that puts their needs and dreams first. These new positions will help ensure we can deliver our service-first member experience all up and down the Front Range,” said Ent CEO Chad Graves.
