Ent Breaks Ground on New Branch

CASTLE ROCK, Colo.– Ent Credit Union celebrated the groundbreaking on what will become its second service center location here and its 29th overall.

The approximately 5,000 square foot new facility will incorporate state-of the-art technology to provide members with added convenience, including: self-service safe boxes, the ability to instantly issue debit cards, teller pods with teller cash recyclers to facilitate faster cash dispensing to members and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) in the center’s outside drive up lanes, the crtedit union said.

Ent video tellers are available to assist members from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. The first of their kind in Douglas County, Ent has also proposed adding a free-standing ITM adjacent to its existing Wilcox Service Center in Castle Rock, which is being considered by the town’s design review board.

“We are pleased to be starting construction on what we anticipate will become Ent’s flagship location in the Castle Rock community,” said Matt Gendron, Ent’s executive vice president of operations. “The service center’s size and location, with convenient access from popular Castle Rock shopping destinations, will allow members to get in and out quickly while experiencing the same outstanding member service they’ve come to know and expect at all of our service centers.”
