MADISON, Wis.—Endurance Federal Credit Union used its 66th annual meeting to recognize two longtime volunteer leaders, honoring outgoing board members Ray Loghry and Teresa Young for nearly six decades of combined service.
CEO Chris Bower said Loghry is stepping down after 30 years of board service and Young after 29 years, with both having served as chairman of the board during their tenure. To mark their contributions, the credit union renamed its Community Room as the Ray Loghry Community Room and its Closing Room as the Teresa Young Closing Room.
“Ray and Teresa hold a special place not only in my heart but also with the Endurance FCU board,” Bower said in a statement, adding that their “dedication and commitment” over the years helped the credit union “flourish into what it is today.”
Bower said he is “forever grateful” for the pair’s leadership, friendship and mentorship, underscoring the role long-serving volunteer directors can play in shaping a credit union’s culture and long-term growth.
