SYRACUSE, NY – Empower Federal Credit Union has awarded $12,000 in college scholarships to 14 high school seniors. The students were chosen based on their outstanding academic andextracurricular achievements.
“We are very pleased to award these scholarships,” said Mary Wilson, VP-communications. “Our participation in this scholarship program and our involvement in the communities, illustrate the ‘people helping people’ philosophy of the credit union movement.”
The students include, including high school from which they are graduating and college they plan to attend:
