ELKO, Nev.–As it celebrates its 60 years of service to the community, Elko Federal Credit Union (EFCU) said it also now has something more to celebrate: four Readers’ Choice Awards from the Elko Daily Free Press.
EFCU won the Best Bank – Gold award, Best Mortgage Lender – Gold award, Best Lender, Commercial and Consumer – Gold award, and the Best Customer Service, Finance and Professional – Bronze award. EFCU has brought home Readers’ Choice awards, which are awarded annually by the Elko Daily Free Press, for a number of years consecutively.
The creditunion said the multiple wins are a testament to the credit union’s dedication to service and excellence throughout its 60-year history.
“This year, Elko Federal Credit Union is celebrating 60 remarkable years of service and strength,” remarked CEO John Kelly. “EFCU was built on high-value financial services and an unwavering commitment to the communities we support, the people we serve, and the dreams we’ve helped them realize since 1960. And in turn, our members have chosen to honor us in this remarkable way. We simply can’t thank our members enough for choosing EFCU, especially as we celebrate 60 years of service.”
