BOULDER, Colo.–Elevations Credit Union has been honored with the 2019 Peak Performance Award from Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence (RMPEx), becoming only the third organization to earn the award twice in RMPEx’s 20-year history.
The Peak Performance Award is a prequalification for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the highest presidential honor for performance excellence. Elevations previously received the Peak Performance Award in 2013 and the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2014.
The RMPEx Peak Performance criteria is identical to the Baldrige criteria, and the Peak Performance Award is RMPEx’s highest honor. Peak Awards are presented to applicants that demonstrate role-model results, including trends and comparisons to best-in-class and leading competitor organizations, in addition to systematic and mature approaches, effective deployment, process learning and process integration.
